To Whom It May Concern:

 I am writing this letter of recommendation for Robert Klemm. Robert has worked as the Assistant General Manager, directly under me, for approximately eight months.  Robert came to us as an ambitious and fresh young prospect. Very confident in himself, he is an excellent salesman. He is extremely passionate and has proved to be very dedicated.

             I have been in the hospitality business for over twenty years. I have learned several very important life lessons during this time. One is to make no excuses; the other is to speak in facts, never generalizations. These principles, in my belief, lead to an environment of positive outlook, solutions and zero conflict. Robert immediately grasped on to these concepts, thrived in this environment, and inherited them as his own.  Opening himself up to furthered learning, he quickly became an indispensable wealth of vast knowledge.

             Robert met the challenge of creating many new systems, as well as learning all those already in place. He has taken it upon himself to master every procedure of our day to day operations. He takes all challenges head on; questioning every possible outcome.  Keeping in good spirits, even through difficult situations is also one of his many fortes.

             Robert operates and presents himself in a professional manner. He is well spoken and courteous. He has developed a strong rapport with our clientele. Building new connections has become Roberts’s strongest asset. He also has kept intact many relationships from previous employers, which has become an invaluable source of reference information.

             In closing, I am very happy to have had the opportunity to work with Robert. In fact, we have become a great team and it will be hard to see him go. It is definitely best for Robert, as far as his personal advancement, to seek new employment at this time. I give Robert my highest recommendation, and know that he will live up to any challenge, and promises made. I look forward to seeing Robert grow as an individual and witnessing his successes.
